Core Platform Services
We use your data to operate and deliver our platform — matching job seekers with relevant walk-in opportunities, facilitating employer-candidate communication, providing personalized job recommendations powered by our AI matching algorithms, managing your user account and profile, processing applications you submit, and sending walk-in interview alerts and reminders.
Platform Improvement & Analytics
We analyze anonymized usage patterns to improve our platform experience, develop new features, optimize search algorithms, ensure platform security and prevent fraud, conduct research and analytics to better understand hiring trends, and measure the effectiveness of our services.

Company profiles, job listing details, and walk-in event information you post are visible to all platform users. Contact information designated as public by you will be visible to applicants.
