React JS Developer

Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate React JS Engineer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features using React.js, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and an excellent user experience. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features using React.js and its ecosystem. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems and bugs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, especially within the React ecosystem. Write unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of the application.   Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn). Experience with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3. Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) with React frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby). Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Enzyme). Experience with state management libraries other than Redux (e.g., Zustand, Recoil, Context API). Familiarity with UI component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI). Understanding of accessibility best practices. Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
