We’re hiring a hands-on engineering leader to build and own Internal Developer Platforms from scratch. This role combines strong backend expertise with platform thinking—designing scalable testing frameworks, driving automation, and embedding quality into every stage of development. You’ll lead a small team while staying deeply involved in building systems across CI/CD, performance, and reliability.
