Chief of Staff - CEO

About the Role & Team   We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to the CEO who will work at the center of Meesho’s leadership system - partnering closely with the CEO and CXOs/GMs to drive company-wide strategy, operating rigor, and high-impact cross-functional initiatives. This is not a support role -  it is a leadership role. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO - helping evolve the company’s operating system, driving mission-critical strategic projects, shaping culture, and increasing the velocity and quality of executive decision-making. The role will continuously evolve as the company’s priorities evolve. This is a front-row seat to building and scaling a public technology company - and requires extreme ownership, structured thinking, execution speed, and leadership maturity.
