The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
