Key Responsibilities:- 1. Develop and implement growth strategies to increase users and revenue. 2. Plan and manage customer acquisition campaigns across digital channels. 3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. 4. Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and customer retention. 5. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve marketing and product performance. 6. Optimize the customer funnel from awareness to retention. 7. Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to improve user experience. 8. Manage budgets for paid campaigns and growth activities.
